Draft — pending approval
Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This draft explains how Boost10x Pty Ltd (ABN 31 555 555 555) handles personal information collected through this website. We aim to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
- Book a conversation form: your name, work email and, if you choose, a message about where your business is losing value.
- Growth quiz: your multiple-choice answers and any optional free text. If you choose to send us your profile, your work email and, optionally, your name.
- Technical information: your IP address and device signals, used briefly by our hosting provider's abuse protection (Vercel BotID and firewall rate limiting) to keep the forms safe from automated misuse.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To follow up on your quiz profile when you ask us to.
- To protect the website and improve our services.
Who we share it with
Apollo.io: we use Apollo.io as our customer relationship management (CRM) system. It stores your contact details and enquiry on our behalf. Apollo.io may store information outside Australia, so this is a cross-border disclosure under APP 8; we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
Anthropic: when you complete the growth quiz, your answers (never your name or email) are sent to Anthropic's Claude model to generate your opportunity profile, under Anthropic's commercial terms. If that service is unavailable, a rules-based model on our own servers generates the profile instead.
Vercel: our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information and server logs to run and protect the site. Server logs may also briefly hold form submissions so no enquiry is lost.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details only for as long as we need them to work with you or as required by law, then delete or de-identify them.
Marketing
We won't send you marketing without your consent, and every marketing message will include a simple way to unsubscribe.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first at [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
